The Grade 1 program curriculum covers five comprehensive health subjects with age-appropriate content and lessons emphasizing active student participation, especially in developing and practicing skills and role-playing strategies for using those skills.
Health subjects included:  Social & Emotional Health - 8 lessons  Nutrition & Physical Activity - 3 lessons  Safety - 7 lessons  Alcohol, Tobacco & Other Drugs - 3 lessons  Personal Health & Wellness - 3 lessons
